I grew up within the glass and mirror industry. My parents were what I’ll call industrial artists. I learned firsthand what it meant to be reflective, surrounded by materials that lent themselves so naturally to reflection, duplicity, and introspection. A love of books led me to words, idealism led me to an English degree, and technology led me to the world of online publishing, which I’ve been lucky to have had a handle on for roughly 7 years.

Champagnebdays began when I lost my job at Reader’s Digest. I wanted a chance to continue to create content that would engage an audience while allowing me to be creative while I searched for work.
